Synopsis: “Authorities Cheese” is a surrealist household comedy set in 1969 San Fernando Valley that tells the story of the Chambers, a unusual household pursuing lofty and seemingly inconceivable goals, fantastically unfettered by the realities of the world.
When Hampton Chambers (David Oyelowo) is launched from jail, his long-awaited household reunion doesn’t go fairly as he’d deliberate.
Throughout his absence, Hampton’s spouse Astoria (Simone Missick) and sons Einstein (Evan Alexander Ellison) and Harrison (Jahi Di’Allo Winston) have fashioned an unconventional household unit, and Hampton’s return spins their world into chaos.
