Calva Louise have unveiled Spanish language monitor ‘Lo Que Vale’, taken from their upcoming new album ‘Edge Of The Abyss’.
Translated into English as ‘What’s Value’, the tune delves into the human psyche and our private notion.
Paying homage to singer-guitarist Jess Allinac’s Venezuelan roots, the lyrics are sung in Spanish, as with the band’s 2024 single ‘La Corriente’.
Talking on ‘Lo Que Vale’, Calva Louise have shared:
“Lo Que Vale offers with the sincere confusion and contradiction of our private notion: after we suppose we perceive one thing, we’d truly be getting it mistaken, and when all the things appears the other way up, possibly that’s when it isn’t… These sincere exchanges in life act as triggers for letting go of the attachments that hold us chained to our mundane delusions. And whereas trying to break freed from the irrelevant and steady patterns that hold us caught in a single place, confusion builds as much as the purpose of asking oneself if we’re actually appreciating what’s value dwelling for.”

Co-produced by Pendulum‘s Gareth McGrillen, the band’s new album ‘Edge Of The Abyss’ is ready to reach on June 11 through Mascot Information.
On the discharge, Jess has shared:
“Our album is named ‘Edge Of The Abyss’ as a result of that’s how we stay. One misstep and all the things may crumble… I emigrated twice, so I’ve already had a tradition shock twice. This hurts rather less as a result of that is the place I need to be. I’ve nowhere to return to.”
