Roger Waters didn’t mince phrases on his opinion on the late heavy steel icon Ozzy Osbourne and the heavy steel pioneering outfit he fronted, Black Sabbath. In an interview performed a number of weeks in the past by the The Unbiased Ink, Waters spoke callously of Osbourne and his July twenty second, 2025 passing, stating:
“Ozzy Osbourne, who simply died, bless him in his no matter state that he was in his complete life. We’ll by no means know. Though he was all around the TV for tons of of years along with his idiocy and nonsense. The music, I don’t know. I couldn’t give a fuck.”
Waters continued:
“I don’t care about Black Sabbath, I by no means did. Have no real interest in biting the heads of chickens or no matter they do. I couldn’t care much less, you understand.”
Tonight (September 02nd) noticed Ozzy‘s son publicly deal with Waters‘ feedback, stating on social media:
“Hey Roger Waters, fuck you. How pathetic and out of contact you’ve turn out to be. The one means you appear to get consideration nowadays is by vomiting out bullshit within the press. My father all the time thought you have been a cunt. Thanks for proving him proper.”
In a separate slide shared on his Instagram tales, Jack shared the hashtag “#fuckrogerwaters”. Each Pink Floyd and Black Sabbath left an indelible mark on the world of rock and steel, and have summarily been acknowledged by the Rock & Roll Corridor Of Fame for his or her contributions. Pink Floyd have been inducted in Rock Corridor again 1996, whereas Black Sabbath made it in some ten years later in 2006.
